Hartford Office: 1000 Asylum Avenue, Suite 2126

1. Parking is available in the St. Francis Hospital Parking Garage for a fee.
2. Our office does not validate for garage parking.
3. Valet Service is available on the 1st Floor of the garage.
4. Handicapped parking is located on both sides of the 2nd Floor of the garage.

Driving I-84 West (From East Hartford/Glastonbury Areas)
• Take Exit 48 - Asylum Avenue
• At the stop light turn Right onto Asylum Avenue
• Follow Asylum Avenue to Woodland Street
• Turn right onto Woodland Street
• Turn right at first stop light into St. Francis Hospital driveway
• Proceed forward to the parking garage entrance

Driving I-84 East (From West Hartford/Farmington Areas)
• Take Exit 46 - Sisson Avenue
• Turn right at the stop light onto Sisson Avenue
• Follow Sisson Avenue to Farmington Avenue
• Turn right onto Farmington Avenue
• At next stop light turn left onto Woodland Street
• Follow Woodland Street crossing over Asylum Avenue
• Turn right at first stop light into St. Francis Hospital driveway
• Proceed forward to the parking garage entrance

From I-91 North or South
• Take Exit 32A to I-84 West
• Take Exit 48 – Asylum Avenue
• At the stop light turn Right onto Asylum Avenue
• Follow Asylum Avenue to Woodland Street
• Turn right onto Woodland Street
• Turn right at first stop light into St. Francis Hospital driveway
• Proceed forward to the parking garage entrance

Enfield Office: 113 Elm Street, Suite 203

I-91 North (From Hartford, CT): Take exit 48 (Elm Street)…Turn right off of the exit…At the second light, turn left…We are the second office building on the right (Behind Burger King, next to Kohl's).

I-91 South (From Springfield, MA): Take exit 48 (Elm Street)…Turn left off of the exit…At the third light, turn left …We are the second office building on the right (Behind Burger King, next to Kohl's).


Avon Office: 54 West Avon Road, Suite 104

From Hartford/West Hartford: Take Route 44 (Albany Avenue) into Avon. Turn left onto Route 167…At the first light, turn left…Take your first left into the driveway… Park in the back of the building; we are on the lower level.

I-84 East and West: Take exit 39 (Route 4/Farmington Avenue exit)…At the 7th stoplight, turn right onto Brickyard Road (the Wood-n-Tap Restaurant will be on the left corner)…Continue straight through the stop sign (the road will become West Avon Road)…At the 7th stoplight, turn right onto Dale Road…turn left into the first driveway…park in the back; we are on the lower level, first door on the right.


Rocky Hill Office: 506 Cromwell Avenue, Suite 102

I-91 North (From New Haven): Take exit 23 (West Street, Route 3)…at the end of the ramp, turn left. At the intersection, turn right onto Route 3 (Cromwell Avenue)…We are located ¾ of a mile up on the right…it is the Medical Arts Building (gray in color)…the office is located on the lower level…park in the back of the building…we are the second door on the left.

I-91 South (From Hartford): Take exit 23 (West Street, Route 3)…At the end of the ramp, turn right…At the intersection, Turn right onto Route 3 (Cromwell Avenue)…We are located ¾ of a mile up on the right…it is the Medical Arts Building (gray in color)…the office is located on the lower level…park in the back of the building…we are the second door on the left.


Suffield Office: 162 Mountain Road

From Springfield/Enfield: Take I-91 South to exit 47W (Suffield)…This will merge with Route 190…go over the bridge and turn left at the light onto Route 159…At the first light, turn right onto Thrall Avenue…At the stop sign, turn right onto Bridge Street…At the end of the road, turn right onto Route 75…Turn left at the light onto Mountain Road (Route 168)…the building is about ¼ of a mile down on the right, just after the CVS plaza…Suffield Medical office building…our office is on the second floor.

From East Granby/Simsbury: Take Route 20 to the intersection of Route 187 (Dry Dock Restaurant)…turn left to follow Route 187…go straight through the stop sign…DO NOT turn left to follow Route 187…keep going until the road ends at Route 168…Turn right…Suffield Medical office building will be on the left…we are located on the second floor.

From Hartford: Take I-91 North to the Bradley International Airport exit…get off on Old Country Road…at the end of the ramp, turn right…Follow to the end and turn left onto Elm Street…Turn right onto Route 175 and follow through the commercial area…Turn left onto Route 168 (Mountain Road)…the Suffield Medical office building is about ¼ of a mile down on the right, just past the CVS plaza…we are located on the second floor.
